No Guilt Easy “Candy Balls” Recipe

Non-candy “Candy Balls” – A great sweet treat that is powerfully good for you with no sugar, no guilt! This is the basic way of making them, but with a little imagination you can add some other sweet ideas to it. They do not last long in our house, and every time Charles takes them to work, his co-workers ask for more or the recipe. So here ya go;

Ingredient List 1 cup of organic dates, 1/2 cup of nuts (your choice, we prefer walnuts and macadamia nuts), 1/2 cup of shredded organic coconut, optional to add a dash of salt or a cap full vanilla extract.
1.) Pulse all ingredients in food processor until the base becomes like a dough consistent malleable enough to form into balls.
2.) Take about a tablespoon size of the base and pack in the palm of your hand, roll it like making a meatball.
3.) Refrigerate for at about an hour before eating and store in refrigerator. Hint, if the base is a little to crumbly, you can add 1/4 teaspoon of water at a time until it becomes more malleable. Too much water will make it too loose.
